It's been a few days since I can't access my default domain informes.x10host.com, although I can login to my account. The Host is x13.x10hosting.com, and my user: edupoetic@gmx.es

I need help as soon as possible please. Thanks.

the proper place to post is under Free Hosting
this will let your request be seen by staff sooner.although slow here, i can see a wordpress login page
so to me your site is working.
