Yesterday my host is suppended twice and today it is suppended once.

Says here it was a manual suspension for copyright infringement - that'd mean someone reviewed the account and found you to be in violation of US Copyright Law (whether that be distributing things like a tv series in MKV format, games, etc.). Given that it's a manual suspension reason it means there's not much hope if you do request a re-review, but you're still welcome to try.

In any case it is a zero tolerance permanent suspension - if you are indeed infringing copyright there's no way to get your site back.
