My Host name and username

Hi i want to install joomla and i have need my host name and username mysql who are they? wher they foun?

Have you tried the auto-installer in softaculous or fantastico in your cPanel? Either of them will create the mysql username for you and the host name will be automatically 'localhost' during the that auto-install.
