My host ofent down went i upload or edit file on host !

Login to your Joomla back end with your username and password.
Your should now be in your Joomla back end.
Click on Site - Global Configuration.
Look at Site Settings.
Select Site Offline - No. (It appears that you have "Yes" checked at this time.
Click Save in the upper right hand corner.
Try to view your website again. Problem should be solved.
