My hosted files are gone.

Hi
I hosted a website http://www.thebookmarker.elementfx.com/ few days back. It was not working for few last few days. I logged in to my cPanel to check the issue. I found out that all the files are gone, database is gone, email and ftp accounts too are gone.
Can you look into this matter. Please restore my files ASAP. I don't have back up for those files.
