My hosting account has been deleted? *screams*

Ok long story short, I love('d) x10hosting when my site was up.
I know it's a free host and you just did a server move but this is getting silly.
I've been checking my account panel everyday for the past few days to see my hosting account was still there. When I click the login to cpanel button in my account panel it would take me to a page that Firefox says it don't exsist. Then I try logging into my old cpanel link and it would say login attempt failed.

My domain is: http://minutehabbo.net
I am on: lotus
Today I checked my account panel and almost went crazy.

Did you keep a backup of everything that was on my site?

How do I fix all this? lol

It seems you account is not linked to your forum account. Can you provide us the cpanel username So the staff will check what happend to your account.

No, When the threads escalated means they gone to the area where the admins look at. You can click on the yellow bar to reach there and see what they responded.

Go to your escalated Thread . On top you can See A BAR SAYING "This thread has been Escalated "
Click it.

I clicked it, there's 4 of my messages waiting for reply. Seems alot of people who were on lotus (maybe all) have lost free hosting accounts and files.

Yes. I was on lotus as well (now lotusold) and have been without my site for a month (tedrossin.x10hosting.com). I have at least 4 requests escalated and I'm still in the same boat (some are weeks old). I've even asked to have my site removed but I can't sign up using my old name. I fear things are so bad that the only answer is to go shopping for another service.
