My hosting account is gone.. WTH..

Hey,

Okay, well I went on vacation, I signed on the forums every week to ensure it wouldn't be suspended for inactivity. To my surprise, my site and account is gone, what the heck..

Thanks who ever deleted it, now all the layouts and projects I was developing for sale are gone..

I've gotten over that,

So I tried making a new account.. It's been a week and still nothing it setup.. yay..

Did you link your hosting account to your forum account? We require that you do so. Also, currently all free hosting servers are undergoing maintenance, please read the announcements and stickies for mare information. Because of said maintenance:

1. You will lose access to your site and Account Panel for a few days;
2. You won't be able to create an account, since account creations are disabled at this time.​

So if your account was deleted, after the maintenance is completed you will be able to sign up for a new account and link it to your current forum account.

And a note, you are solely responsible for back-ups. Even though Corey will perform back-ups on people's databases and such before major updates, don't be reliant on them, because they could be outdated, corrupted etc.

btw, what was your cPanel name? It's possible we have a backup of it.

Your new account has not yet been created. It has been placed in a queue. Currently account creations are on hold and should be resumed in a few days. You will be notified once your account is created.

I'm pretty sure it was deleted, everything was 'ok' for the few months I had the account. Now every trace of it is gone.

I ain't to worried about the files, I had older versions handy. Just frustrated I had to redo every change again.. lol

Anyone know when the servers are gonna be back up and running?

Absolut's already done, Stoli is done or nearly done, and Cossacks is next (paid servers aren't affected). There is no ETA on this though, since account sizes can vary from a few megabytes to several gigabytes.
