My hosting account is suspended!

I registered here last Friday. After my first access to my cPanel, I can't login again. I can login to my account as usual but not my cPanel. Yesterday when I checked again, I'm surprised to see that my hosting account is suspended with UNKNOWN reason. I've not upload a single file or set up anything yet! And the date of suspension is even more surprising. It's January 1 at 5:00 am. I've not even created my account!
I'm quite disappointed now. I hope you can help me fix it asap.

Not a clue what it was doing but it looks like it was accidental and didn't finish suspending far enough to actually put the right date/time, cause it all looks like it's a blank just-created account >_<

It should be unsuspended shortly if it isn't already; not sure what caused it to do an unknown with the default timestamp, but it should work fine from here on out.
