Just yesterday I set up my account and after i has set up my blog I asked , via this link

Did I follow the conditions, but no one answer me ..

I was surprised now that my account has been suspended ..

The problem was we discovered you had two accounts - one permanently suspended for a ZT violation of our TOS, and your new one.

Multiple accounts are not allowed, and neither is bypassing a ZT suspension. You were permanently suspended on -both- accounts for bypassing the suspension, and for having two accounts.
