My hosting account terminated

i was traveling for a long trip that made me far from computer and internet ,that's why i couldnt login into my account or to the forum for 2 months ; so now when i came back i found that my account was terminated & i cant login to my website space , i was working in this website for long months ,& also i dont have a backup of my website in my computer ; i lost all my work by terminating my account , i need my web space , & i m asking if you can give me back my web space or give me the backup of my web site because i do really need it & it tooks me a long months to do it ...
hope i can have an answer as soon as possible ...

As per our policy, we do not keep user backups. Also, once an account is terminated, we delete every associated file and configuration from our systems. This is why we recommend having a relatively recent backup at a secondary location at all times. You are welcomed to sign up again.
