my hosting acct dont have backup feature

i wonder how come my hosting acct dont include a backup feature
I use the free hosting plan & my domain of the cpanel is ezpromotion.net

Free hosting don`t have any backup feature...
You have to manually back your account...

Im confuse by what the below means

"The easiest way to download a backup of your account is to use the cPanel file manager to zip your public_html folder and then download the zip file"


How do i zip my public_html?
Inside the file manager of x10hosting, all i see is download that matches the closes.
And it can only download files, it cant download folder or directory.
Please dont tell me download 1 file at a time, as i have 2k+ files.

In cpanel file manager click on select all and then click on compress..
