My HOSTING CONTROL PANEL is not responding

I was trying to setup my email outlook client and failed to enter the correct password a couple of times. As a result my website/emails are down..
When I try to access my HOSTING CONTROL PANEL is says:

Hmmm… can't reach this page​

x11.x10hosting.com took too long to respond

Please help as my services are completely down

im guessing your trying to use https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/

the proper login is https://x10hosting.com/login then click the big green button
