my hosting died, yet is not suspended

My hosting has just died on me realy suddenly, i decided to wait a day then come back, and it is still down.

my sub-domain is monotoko.x10hosting.com, all i am getting is an error code 500, which is annoying, as it was working a moment before this.

I thought i may have done something wrong and went to my cpanel, getting this:

Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at monotoko.x10hosting.com.

very annoying, whats happened?

My ISP's network status has no problems to report.

A 500 error either means you did not upgrade your PHP to intermediate which can be done here: http://x10hosting.com/login or you have permission errors.

I am able to access the site; If you can't, can you get to it from a proxy?
