My hosting has disappeared...

Hello I'm really in DEEP trouble... My account has no hostings any more, while it used to host a php-mysql database with the financial data of my company !!!! I REALLY need to restore this site and the data !!!! This is crucial for the living of my company !!!

3. What was your cPanel username? Do you know which server you were on?
4. When was the last time you logged into the Forums?

=> Don't know my server. cPanel user was mma

=> Within the month. I read the ToS and i understood this is probably the reason why the site got terminated.I hope there is a way to restore the data ?

Unfortunately, terminated means completely gone permanently. Hopefully that's not what happened. They might find your account as others have lost their hosting links to the forum accounts after the new account panels were implemented, and then were able to have it relinked.

I haven't received any warning e-mail so this might indicate that this is not the classical termination procedure.

Am I supposed to ask something specific somewhere to have this link back and my site working again ?

An account manager is needed to see this thread to help you.

And there is no warning email about suspension or termination. They are currently testing one, but because you didn't receive one, you were mostly likely terminated before that.
