it is saying u have low permission ..But i doubled check the permission of all directory and files...
Help me what should i do..

Please look for any files called .htaccess and rename them to htaccess.txt (or something similar). You'll need to enable viewing of hidden files/dotfiles in cpanel file manager to see them, otherwise FTP should be able to view them as well.
