my hosting is still pending?

hello x10 hosting and i recently got a new account for x10 hosting and then the site said that my hosting service will be fully activated within 1 hr .....after 1 hr it still said that the hosting server was pending .....then i waited 12 hrs and still it was pending.....

x10 hosting can you please help me out with this issue...
