My Hosting Issue

Hi,
I signed up July 16, 2010 on x10Hosting. It was going well I read everything and fill every detail.

My Hosting account was in QUE Status was Pending. I check many days but still pending.

Today when I try to check the status it was like

You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.

Please help me and provide further direction.
