Hello,

That essentially means that your account has been permanently suspended and all access withdrawn. You will be given no further access for any reason as per section 8 of the Terms of Service to which you agreed upon signup.

 

[Livewire]

Means I saw some stuff that isn't in line with the TOS. Specifically, an instant redirect off site with some form of logging script behind it, which doesn't look legitimate at all.
