I just noticed that my current IP (assigned by my cable company to my modem and changed about every month) is not able to load my website www.rodriguezgarcia.com nor x12 dashboard at https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/.
I'm sure it's that IP blocked because using a VPN or the data connection on my phone works fine.
How can I ask support to remove that block. Thanks.
