My Laptop

Hey everyone, again it is I with laptop annoyances. Ok, here is what is going down. Since HP actually was "kind" and cared about my MASS complaint letter, they decided to send me a new HD. Now, let me tell you about my computer, I have BRAND NEW RAM, from Best Buy, a BRAND NEW HD from HP, basically, Brand New everything, new XP cd, etc. Now, can anyone tell me why my laptop STILL doesn't work? I can give ya some more info, bus basicaly, I can't get Windows OR Linux to install, both giving some odd, random, errors. Again, any more info needed, just ask.

I have an HP laptop too and the plug thing keeps breaking down. I also have an Compaq desktop and it always crashes. (Compaq was bought out by HP right before mine was made) My conclusion here is that HPs and New Compaqs are lemons.

The only thing you can really do is call them if you have a warranty. (or they will make you get a warranty if you want your laptop fixed.) They usually have you send it out and then fix it.

Fix It A.K.A. Make it work for now.

I have a Dell Insipiron 9200. 17" wide screen, ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 128mb, 256mb PC2700 SODIMM (-__-) and a 1.6ghz Intel Pentium M with 1mb L2 cache and 800mhz FSB.

Not sure about the excact hard disk size since I have partitioned and I'm too lazy to look in device manager right now.

WHat are you saying. That has nothing to do with the topic!!! :eek:wned: :stupid:

Also yes send them another letter or call coustomer support. If they do nothing give up and buy a Dell or a SOny.

Dewayne, gotta edit other ppls posts, huh? LOL, j/p... Anyhow, I am gonna put in another call tomorrow, and tell them it didn't work, and I HIGHLY doubt they will give me their money back, they are "jack""ass""es" lol, thanks everyone....
