woah for like you 4th sig this is really good i would give it a 9/10 the writing kind of spoils it,

I would rate it 6/10, the reason is You have used the blue brush on top of your sig (it appears that way), there isn't much depth and the render isn't blended well.
Maybe you could try adding a gradient map.... just erase or apply some different technique to blend the render...but the text does not suit the render!
This is my opinion, but good creativity!!

Yeah thanks for the comment, im just a photoshop starter so i need your comments so i can improve on it .

looks ok but dont like the font and the red bit on the left and there is no flow at all
