Sorry that you gave us exactly 40 minutes to resolve an issue that has never appeared before in x10hosting's past and thus there was no known solution. We do our best to answer all tickets within 24hr if possible - even on some paid providers 40 minutes is faster than they can handle (although from my own experience, x10's usually faster than that for paid in particular).
I also have this already forwarded on along with a few other glitches that were coming up. It appears to be on one of the servers that most of us don't actually have access to, which makes fixing it without admin help virtually impossible, but it -will- get fixed.
