My page charges very slow

Hello, first of all congratulations to the staff for this great free hosting!

The only problem I am having with my page (http://obarriel.x10hosting.com) is that it charges very very slow. It takes a long time to see the page completely charged. I have recently upgraded to advanced plan.

My previous hosting was not as complete as this but It was a lot quicker charging the page. I don't know if this slowly charge is normal, and if It is posible to solve this.

It seems that now goes a bit quicker,

but I think that server is going down quite continiously... Anyway I suppose that this will be corrected.
