My page is not displayed

I have created a folder called PAGE and put onw file called debit.htm in it.
Now when i try to display this file through the following command it gives me error

<a href="http://apysan.x10hosting.com/PAGE/DEBIT.htm">
Debit/Credit Position As on 27-05-2010</a>

please help me

This page is giving 404 error, which means the file or folder does not exist.

Go to File Manager and make sure the Folder PAGE and file is there. Also please note that Linux is a case sensitive, so PAGE and Page and page are different.
