the index of my website wont load but other sections of it will. im confused.com

Can you describe to me what exactly is going on with the index page? I tried visiting your site and I was able to get to the index page, or what I think is the index page right off of the bat. It's worth a shot to clear your Browser cache, which might be caching an old state of your website.
