My phpBB instal problem

I am trying get phpbb 2 no my site at http://coius.exofire.net/phpBB2/ but i received this error after the install

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/coius/public_html/phpBB2/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174

I did a little googling and came up with this answer:
Your host has prohibited you from using eval. You must get them to fix it.

is it possible? or am i out of luck.

Hello I have Photoshop skills and a little of html editing....But u need too upgrade your php priviledges to intermediate...if your a excellent php script installer and user you should use the advanced php option.. Then I think You should let Fantastico Re-Install it for you it makes the process a little easier!!!!!

it seems that the server is blocking a script. Me and the site designer are going to try PHP 3.0 RC7 and see if that helps. The server doesn't even detect the PHP Version. We also tried going through Fantastico. Didn't work
