my server is down for more than 5 days

Hello there,

I have been unable to use my website for more than 5 days. A month ago my server was starka...now it seems as if it is Chopin.

I look my account and it is not suspended, nor any news that either starka or chopin are down.

My crontab job thas is supposed to run every day, is running perfectly and I am receiving the email.

I have tried to access my website in different computers with the same result :

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage,


or in some cases the Cisco message that the server is not accepting (applications for employment, oops) headers.

The Cpanel works ok.

Starka has been moved to the Chopin server, Chopin has been experiencing some issues during account transfers so all accounts have to be transferred again.
Your site will be back online soon, your account may have been transferred however when an account is added or removed to WHM / cPanel (in which case this is adding), Apache has to be reloaded every time.
So Apache (the web server) won't be functional until transfers are complete.
Hopefully everything should be back to normal by Monday.

By the way, Starka and Chopin are combining into the new Chopin server.

Chopin is online at the moment and should begin working at 100% in the next few hours. Corey's just tying up some loose ends.
