My server status just like a flickering lamp!

My server status just like a flickering lamp, so that everything in my account (cPanel, HTTP, FTP, ...) also "flicker" (not settled) together!
It is so hard to control web instantly..
cPanel is DOWN now.

FTP 98.94 %
CPANEL : 98.45 %
POP3 : 99.04 %
MySQL : 98.97 %

Those figures are still better than the other free host servers the script is checking on. As with all free hosts there is expected downtimes. This arises from the amount of accounts on one server. We always strive to improve the reliability of the servers and will continue to do so. We apologise for the downtimes and as I said are always trying to improve them.
