my site and controll panel is not opening

helo,
I am new to this hosting platform so please help me.I was not able to accept my page and control panal till now.
but the controll panel is appering (http://keralago.x10hosting.com:2028)
but then I changed the domain name to www.keralago.com which I have in www.whois.com now x10 says my controll panel is http://keralago.com:2028 but it is not opening not only that my page www.keralago.com also is not opening. Need I make any change in the Whois controlpanel or need I do anything in x10hosting ?

Your site should be working now, I think the server you are on went offline for a brief period of time. I can get onto your site just fine . Are you still having problems?

Thank you for the reply dear, yes it was fine yesterday today again there is some problem,but only in my browser .I called some friends and asked if it is working with them..and it is fine..so bad luck for my browser...thanks again
