What happened?!

I went to my site today"http://alpha-beta.exofire.net" and my entire site was gone.

The page it leads me to is nothing but ads and some text titled "Domain Available". I can't access the ftp or cpanel, though my x10Hosting account overview (username:aegis001) shows it all working (and unsuspened).

Please help.

Edit: seems to be the same problem as khanhduy301 is having

Seems to be a problem affecting only some people and in some locations. I resynced the DNS on the server to make sure it's up to date. Your site is still there and I'm able to see it.

Try clearing out your temp files and flushing your DNS.

Not sure on flushing the DNS, but to clear temp files.

On FireFox:

Tools >> Clear Private Data

On IE:

Tools >> Delete Browsing History

I found the problem. There was an error with one of the name servers which caused this issue.

I fixed it and it should start updating for everyone. I would give it an hour and then flush your DNS and clear your temp files once again.

It's a command that shows you what path your computer takes to get from Point A to Point B. I no longer need the tracert's though.

If you want to do it for fun go to Start>>Run Type in "cmd" without the quotes. Then type tracert x10hosting.com

To run a tracert go to your start menu/run type in CMD this will open up the dos command promt..

Type in tracert http://www.yoururl.exofire.net Then hit enter. I know the problem has been fixed but for further reference for people who don't know how to run a TRACERT.
