My site disappeared - how do I get it back

I'm showing what looks to be a previous account in the history; it's indicating cpanel username fairway2 was suspended on 10-7 for Inactivity. When this suspension went unresolved, it was then terminated on 10-29 in accordance with the Terms of Service. For it to be suspended, no login at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ was logged for 30 days, and it would have sent an email on suspension.
Unfortunately because the old account was terminated, we won't be able to recover any data or files that were present on it; I can see you've created a new account already which is good, but the old account is lost. The best I can advise is to ensure you're logging in at least once every 30 days to ensure it doesn't happen again.
