Some time last Friday or Saturday our site, http://breathlessmorris.x10hosting.com/, disappeared. Over the weekend it had the "Great Success" Apache server page. Now I get a message that says, "The domain "breathlessmorris.x10hosting.com" is available."

Our domain name, breathlessbordermorris.org, still seems to be mapped to breathlessmorris.x10hosting.com, since it gets the same "domain available" message.

Brandon's checkserver page does not find our subdomain.

I cannot login to cpanel - I get "Login Attempt Failed!", though obviously I can login to the forums.

Not only that, but apparently you had us hosted on Stoli, the "Ad-Enhanced" server, when we explicitly signed up for "Ad-Free" service.

I would appreciate it if you would:

1. Bring our site back up.

2. Since it has apparently disappeared entirely, it would be good if you restored it on one of the Ad-Free servers. If you restore it to Stoli, the first thing I'm going to have to do is switch to Ad-Free service, which apparently involves terminating and re-initializing the account.

3. Restore our account to cpanel, so we can update our site.

Thanks very much,
Rearbird

Seems, you have changed your account's main domain to breathlessbordermorris.org. But, Its redirecting to a x10Hosting.com's sub-domain which is a "Domain Available" page. I'm moving this to "Level Two Support".

I discovered that I can login to cpanel at http://74.86.116.188:2082/, though not if I access it by name.

I tried accessing my site through a web proxy, but it was still "Domain Available".

It should be fixed. You may need to clear your cache & temp files, and make a flush of your DNS to see your website.

Ah! Thank you for fixing it! Any explanation for what went wrong (clearly more than one thing)?

We are still listed as Ad-Enhanced. We signed up (or we thought we signed up) as Ad-Free in the first place. Can you fix this, or must we terminate and re-initialize?

Thanks,
Rearbird

We stopped transferring accounts as it was taking up most of our time. Taking us away from more pressing issues. I would suggest backing up your files and request that the account be terminated in the the upgrades/downgrades/changes forums. The account will be terminated at which time you will be able to sign up for another one of your choosing.
