My Site dissertationhelp.9f.com got banned. Why?

My Site dissertationhelp.9f.com was working very good until today afternoon. But suddenly it showed a message two hours later that 404 error file not found page not found.

I am a very good user of freeservers & my site is also of one page original content. I follow all the rules then why my site has been suddenly taken down. I request the administrators to get it down immediately to save me from mental stress.

The system shows that this Forum Account was created today

A further check, that domain is hosted somewhere else.
