My site dont show up

ive just uploaded my forum files to the CPanel and created a database name, but my site doesnt show up, the url is tropicalfishforum.x10.mx

Can you tell me whats wrong??

I think i figured it out, you have to configure the config.php file before you upload it and i dont know any of the values to replace, so i guess im just screwed

vBulletin has installation instructions that detail what values you should put there. You will need to first create a database via cPanel (in MySQL Databases). I should warn you, however, that if you decide to upload it again you should be 100% sure you own a valid vBulletin forum license since we verify all vBulletin installations with vBulletin Solutions, Inc. to ensure that they are not nulled. If it is found to be nulled, your account will be permanently suspended.

I do own the software, i downloaded it from the VB site where i bought it, and can supply you with any credentials you might need. I will probably do some more study, thanks for the link are all the values available somewhere??
