My site encountered "Index of /"

There's an ugly "Index of /" page when I clicked into my page.

Now, I realized that this company had made some major upgrade with its database and I understand they moved all the existing data to a new database.

So, my files under my cpanel are all cleared out.

How do I get those files back?

I am not sure, but do you have a backup? Anyways your files might be still here.

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups.

Unfortunately, the server goes down before I managed to do a full back up.
