My site give me the cpanel apache message

I read the earlier post that says this problem was fixed but not for me. I still get the cpanel and apache welcome screen

First Noticed A Problem: right now long ago i can't remember but probably around feb. 28 or march 1

I see that you have a php error which is due to the fact your php is requiring intermediate php. Currently you have the basic configuration. Please log into the account management panel and upgrade your php to phpv2 (intermediate).
