I looked around, and it looks like a copy if rapidleech or some other leeching software in the new/ and transfer/ directories.
These are prohibited and explicitly listed in the TOS.

So, you are claiming that you never put Rapidleech on your account even though Rapidleech was found on your account resulting in this suspension.
You are fully responsible for the security and content on your account and website, so if the offending script was placed on your account as the result of an unauthorized action by some third party you are still responsible.

In-fact other than the wordpress zip file, theres nothing else on the account, other than what appears to be some form of submiter code.

Means that my data was lost. Looks like there are that have been breaking into my account. If it was my account I could not have come back, no problem. After all my data is gone. Directory that you mentioned, I absolutely never put into my account.

Ok thanks for your answer.
I do not mind if my account is deleted.
Because the data I need seems to have none.

As I mentioned earlier, you are fully responsible for the content and security of your own account.
For future reference, here are some security suggestions:
Select a password that is at least 8 characters long, a mixture of alpha and numeric characters, and include at least one upper case alphabetic character.
Change your password on a regular basis.
Never share your password with anybody for any reason.
Never leave your computer unattended without logging out, especially in locations where others might have access to your computer.
