My site has been down for several days

My site, naci.pcriot.com, has been down for several days now. If I login via cPanel, and go to the file manager, i find that my home directory is no longer there - it shows up as empty, but when I try to add a folder, it says /home/phawkins doesn't exist.

This is on the boru server.

I don't care about the lost files, I just need my home directory back, so I can rebuild my site. Can you please put my home directory as if it were a new account.
