My site is active and shows a suspended message, why?

My account is not suspended, I havce allready visited the forum and my account show that my site is active.
But I try to enter at the site and it says:

"Your Hosting Account is Suspended
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com."

My site is foro.x10hosting.com
