my site is gone

So everything seems to be up and running. But when I go to my site, its a blank page. When I go into cpanel, all the file folders are there, but they are all empty. Each one is empty. Can anyone shed some light here or direct me to a person or team that can get everything back, say from before when the servers went down?

You need to upgrade to the Intermediate version of PHP from your account management panel www.x10hosting.com/account. After the upgrade is complete, your forums should run fine.
