My Site is not available

Please get back my site online.
When I took it for the first time, it gave database connection error. Now it is show connection error. :dunno:

Please look into the issue. I have not broken any policy mentioned in x10hosting.

What connection error are you talking about? A FireFox Page Not Found? A MySQL error? Please be more specific.

If you haven't already, you'll need to follow the instructions in this thread to fix that. (it applies to ALL servers, as MySQL for all servers is now on a separate server)

Maybe the Apache HTTP is down. You can check the status of of your server on what are you on in the account management panel.

This is nothing new. A quick trip round a few threads in this forum would of told you that.
The servers are currently undergoing maintenance. You can't do anything more then sit tight and wait

Hello there,

Everybody who is having a problem with their site, stop worrying and listen up.

Because of all the trouble x10 have had lately what whith the server move, MySQL and all, they're formatting all the servers and starting afresh. To do so, they've had to backup all accounts onto another server, which is taking, judging by the sound of things, a little longer than expected.

For information about what's going on, try visiting this link:

x10 are working extremely hard to fix this, let's all show some appreciation
