Thats because they are doing major overhaul of all the free hosting servers so sites will be up and down at the moment they are working on the stoli server i think so please try and be patient

Hey, It's high time and the news is on! - all free hosted web pages are being shifted to new quad ore servers (I guess i read it somewhere!).

By the way can someone reply me with an estimated date by when the transferring will be over?
