My Site is still down after ten days and I am being ignored.

I first reported a problem with my site ten days ago. Supposedly the account was suspended. I was then told that it had been unsuspended, but I replied pointing out that it was still unavailable. I've commented most days since that nothing has been done, but now nobody is bothering to reply or explain what is happening, which is why I am putting in a new request.

Please sort this out asap, as I have a number of young people from our Scout Troop wanting to see the site;
