Your site is not down, It is working fine.

Login to forums is rule made to make sure you get latest information. You don't have to post. The login to forums is also for every 30 days and I think it is not a problem for login to forums for one every month.

If you don't want to login to forums then you can go for prime membership. --> http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership
