My site locked up!

Can someone please fix my account? It locked up saying I don't have access to view the files, meanwhile I didn't CHMOD anything and it worked before. I sent out an E-mail from my vBulletin AdminCP, and that's when it went out. Please fix.

Your site isn't suspended, you should be able to login via cpanel or FTP...

How many Emails did you send out? I'll unlock it.

Well I sent out 1 e-mail to every member, and I have 185 members. I know not to do this now, I'll just use my hotmail if I need to send e-mails and I'll just generate a mailing list.

I'll see if I can lower the sensitivity on it. You can send out mail, it works best if you break it up into smaller parts.
