my site main domain and sub domains are all redirecting to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cg

my main site domain http://domain.x10.bz/ is redirecting to http://domain.x10.bz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi and also my sub-domain http://m.domain.x10.bz/ is also redirecting to http://m.domain.x10.bz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. I have tried multiple ways to stop this but it just wont.

Please clear your browser cache and history. If you still see the default pages, your ISP is caching the pages and is not going to your account.
