My Site Not Accessible!

Hi.

Sometime back I had my account go through an upgrade.

Every thing went fine, but when I requested for a downgrade,
the staff who replied back said my username does not appear
to be in the list.

I have not been able to visit or log into my site http://kk.x10hosting.com

Please help me resolve this issue as early as possible. The details are as
follows:

plan: advanced (actually, it might have remained corporate)

Your account might have been canned if you didn't login to cPanel...
