My site was ticketed to be backed up

My page was ticketed to be backed up, and I believe it was. However, I'm having numerous problems with it.

The page comes up everytime I go to the address, but only part of it. My index.php, headers.php, and mainfooters.php files are all uploaded for the main page(along with every other page, vieweable in FTP) but they don't come up when I go to the website.

For example....i go to http://brethart.x10hosting.com/affiliates.php and nothing comes up. According to FTP, that page is uploaded though.

Anyone know what the problem is? The only part of my page that is fully coming up is the forums.

PS- I corresponded with Corey via email on Saturday about my backup. The backup that was loaded then (Saturday) was from November 6th at first (and that was all coming up, i was having no problems with the site). He was going to try and get a more recent backup uploaded but I haven't heard anything on that since.

The deal seems to be that the php coding is not working. All that is coming up is the header on all of my pages, and not even the full header is coming up, just most of it. I didn't change anything with the coding, it's exactly like it was before. I just tried to reupload my main page because the backup loaded by x10 was from Nov. 6 and I wanted the up to date one. Ever since I reuploaded it, things have been screwed up.

Yet another day with still only the header coming up on my pages.

Whats wrong?

Nevermind, got it back up. The problem was I had no entry in my "Today In History" coding section for this particular day, and it was causing half the header and the rest of the day to not come up.

The only thing I would possibly request is to have the posts in my forum made between Nov. 6 and Nov. 25 that were lost to be restored, without losing the posts made since Nov. 26th. If this is not possible, it's alright. I'm just happy to have my site back up, but that'd be great :)
