My Site works but not my CP/FTP

I can open My website, but get sever not found when I try to open my control panel or assces my FTP acount.

I do not understand what it is you can't open. Have you been able to open your control panel and FTP account before? and it just suddenly went down on you, OR have you never been able to access your FTP and control panel.

I would assume if you can't open your website, that means you have had access to your FTP and control panel before. My account seems to be working fine...CP and FTP. Maybe you should try again? Maybe also provide us with more information on the errors you are getting for CP and FTP.

I Can Open my web site.
But I Can't Open my CP however had had asscess the fore, I get:
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer
I Also can't assces my FTP Account
I lost assces while removeing some files from my account.
This started about 20 hours ago

I got this error with fire fox
The connection has timed out
The server at atrueuniverse.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

I think you should wait it out, as it might be a server-load issue. Either that or wait for the admin to help you out

What files might you have been removing? Hopefully nothing outside of your public_html directory.

files from a forum I had in Public_Html\forum, because I was replacing it with a new one.

To access cPanel http://yoursubdomain:2082
To access ftp make the host ftp.yoursubdomain

I put it in exactly like that and it still says the operation timed out
here what I entered, did I do something wrong (my domain is atrueuniverse.x10hosting.com)
ftp://ftp.atrueuniverse.x10hosting.com and http://atrueuniverse.x10hosting.com:2082

I checked your IP that starts with 220 against the firewall and I don't see it blocked, if this is not your IP please PM me your IP.

I would try clearing your cache\temp files and restarting your computer. I am able to access both the links you provided.

I decide to do an experiment
I still can't contect to http://atrueuniverse.x10hosting.com:2082
however I can contect to (not logon to) http://x10hosting.com:2082
That dosen't make much sense to me, I some one else can assces my CP, and I can Asscse other CP, Shouldn't I be able to assces my own CP?
Edit:
Ok, I still can't get on, however I don't have any thing I need on my account if someone can't solve this problem for me could someone at least delete my account so I can create a new one.
