I want some critisism on the sites layout and how it looks (i realize its not all done and alot of the links dont work)

Great layout and system you have going there. It looks clean & simple overall professional. I give it a rating of 10 for overall layout and simplicity. But for the design side, I am afraid it gets a 7 in my book. Doesn't really appeal to me with looks, everything looks a little bland... It would probably get a higher rating if you had a little more of a smoother looker, maybe so it doesn't look "boxy" and colours that contrast eachother and blend together well. This could be a good improvement for your site overall.

Take my opinion as you wish, it is simply just one persons (being me). :hsdance:

Great layout. I like how the BG has that horizontal fill and the simplicity of the banner, body, menu.. etc.

I just think you should work a little more on your colorwork. Belive me, colors have such a big effect/power against eyes when they are used right. And also maybe a little bit work on the CSS, but overall, great job.
